Opus Energy competition - European Championships and Daniel Keatings
1. Entry signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions 2. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom, who is under the age of 12 years at the time of entry 3. Employees of Opus Energy, their agents, families (parents, children, siblings, and spouse or life partners) and anyone associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter 4.One entry is permitted per eligible participant. No purchase entry 5. All valid entries received will be entered into a prize draw to take place on 30 March 2010. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn 6.The Prize: the winner will receive four tickets to the European Championships on (Sunday 25th April 2010) and a seperate training session for the winner plus one other guest with Olympic hopeful Daniel Keatings. At least one if the winning tickets must be taken by an adult to accompany the winner and any other children under the age of 18. As the winner will be under the age of 18 then the parent or guardian must liaise with Opus Energy on their behalf to make arrangements for the prize. The training session will take place at the gymnastics club of the winner at a time that suits them. The date and time of the session will be agreed with the winner and Daniel Keatings but shall be no later than 13th August 2010. The length of the training session will be one hour and will be accompanied by a fully qualified coach from the winners club, to assist Daniel Keatings. The prize will be forfeited if it is not taken by this date 7. Entries must reach Opus Energy no later than the closing date. The winner will be notified in writing by Opus Energy by 6 April 2010. The winner must contact Opus Energy, in accordance with the instructions in the notification letter, to claim the prize by no later than 14 April 2010. If the winner does not contact Opus Energy by this date then the prize may be forfeited. No claim made after this date will be accepted 8.The prize is as stated. Opus Energy has not assessed the prize and does not make any undertaking as to its suitability, value, or any other aspect of the prize whatsoever. Opus Energy will not have any responsibility or liability for any prize other than to provide the prize subject to these rules.
